Many residents come to our home from all over Cornwall, including Truro, Falmouth and St Austell as well as Plymouth, Devon and further afield!
Residents are heavily involved in decisions around the home, from our weekly choice of menu to the regular entertainment we provide.
Your care needs will be assessed shortly after moving into Crantock Lodge and you will be involved in the preparation of your care plan to make sure it reflects your wishes. Things will be reviewed on a regular basis and with the support of any relatives and friends.
Many of our residents have found that their health improves when coming to Crantock Lodge now that they are "being properly looked after"!
Relatives and friends are free to visit and telephone whenever you like - we have a dedicated "Residents Line" for general calls or a direct dial telephone can be installed in your room.
Residents are free to interact with one another, staff and visitors in a spirit of friendship and kindness. You can go out whenever you like too!
We respect your privacy very highly; we know there are times when you'll want to have some time alone and we'll always knock to ask if it's ok before entering your room.
Our dedicated staff will be there when you need us and will see to your every need.
