We just  wanted to say a huge thanks to you and your wonderful team again for allowing us to see Mum on both Christmas and Boxing Day .  It absolutely made our Christmas. Lovely to see you and some of the team too.

Seeing Mum looking so well and happy was just magic.  She seems to be getting younger at Crantock Lodge – not older!!!! There is no doubt it’s down to all the brilliant care, professionalism and love,  of you and your team , that Mum is doing so well. We will never be able to thank you enough.

We hope that you have had a great Christmas with your family and want to wish you and your team, a fantastic new year. We look forward to seeing you on 4 January.
