This is an extract from the Daughter of one of our Pampered Residents

On behalf of ***, ****,  me and our families, I just wanted to say another huge thanks to you and your fantastic team again for making Mum’s birthday so special.

 We turned up at 11am yesterday and in amongst you guys dealing with Covid-19and paramedics, who were attending to one of your residents, the show went on. 

Thank you to the team who got Mum ready . It must have taken ages.I know she had a shower and had her hair done. Thank you to the lady who did Mum’s hair and nails. She looked stunning.   

Thank you also to the lady who made a birthday cake for Mum. It too looked fabulous and too good to eat.

Mum looked so happy to see us, smiling and blowing kisses.With all the love and brilliant care you give 24/7, 365 days of the year, you and your wonderful team have transformed Mum. She looked amazing, so well and happy. We all felt so good about that.

We regard you all as part of our family for all that you do for Mum. It is such a good feeling knowing that Mum is getting the very best care, in the very best place in the world, with the very best people.
