It really was a home from home and she felt that she was part of a family. You have a tremendous team of people and are very lucky to have Kim as manager and also Emma to ably assist. I know that it hasn’t been easy to run a care home since the onset of Covid and would just like to commend your whole team for the way that they have adapted in order to keep everybody safe; they deserve the utmost praise.”
